Returns and Exchanges

How Can I Return Or Exchange A Product?

    • There is a 7-day return/exchange policy, effective beginning the delivery date per the carrier tracking information, on all $X Luxury Wear orders unless otherwise stated. Please allow 1 billing cycle, subject to your financial institution, for payment to reflect in your account. 
    • For your safety and hygiene, hair extensions (Same Day Delivery Excl.) are not eligible for return or exchange unless an error has been made on our part; in these cases please do not open or use these items if a refund/exchange is to take place due to error.

    Please complete the Easy Return/Exchange form with your order number & email if you need to make a return or exchange.

    All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, per the carrier tracking information, unless otherwise stated. Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered with original tags attached. Returns after 7 days or the stated period will not be accepted. Products returned due to an incorrect sizing choice are eligible for exchange only. 

    • Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs and fees. In the event that there is an error on our behalf, all return/exchange shipping fees will be complimentary. Please note: If there are multiple items in your return they may have separate return warehouse destinations, which could incur shipping fees per destination. 

    >When returning/exchanging orders you must ship your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail. These methods are only suggestions from The Team, but any traceable method (where a working tracking number is provided) is sufficient. As long as we are able to track the package back to us and electronically confirm delivery, you are golden. 

    Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase.

    • Please allow 5-14 days after receipt for processing your refund. It could take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement (this is dependent upon your financial institution.) 

    We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of labels or tags will qualify the merchandise as being worn. Ca$hual is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were already replaced or not purchased from CashualExperience.com.

Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Virgin Extensions:

There is usually a 24 to 48 hour processing period on all hair orders. In most cases, we will have your order processed within 24 hours. It’s not often that we need more time than that to process your order, but it can happen; we just ask that you bear with us in these cases. Usually, hair orders are received 2 business days after the shipping date. That’s blazing fast; & don’t forget, shipping is always complimentary.

 

It’s possible that it may take up to 5 business days after processing to receive your hair depending on the destination country. *Please allow one business day for tracking information to be updated. Don’t panic, in most cases your package is moving, the shipping company is just a little tardy to the party when it comes to updating us noble citizens on where our packages are.  

 

All $X Luxury Wear Orders:

There is an up-to-3 business day processing period on all orders except hair orders. In most cases, we will have your order processed within 24 business hours. After processing, we ask that you allow 3-5 days for orders to be received before filing a ticket with the team. In most cases, shipped orders arrive at your door in roughly 48 hours. That’s not bad for the highest quality luxury products at the lowest premiums. We ask you to understand that as a company and luxury brand, we do the best we can to provide the most efficient package of a Ca$hual | Experience as possible. One that will leave a smile on your face, a frown on the haters’ face, and a smile on your pocket. *Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to be updated. Don’t panic, in most cases your package is moving, the shipping company is just a little tardy to the party when it comes to updating us noble citizens on where our packages are.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Same Day Delivery:  To take advantage of Same Day Delivery, complete your order before 6pm CST (we strive to have your order delivered within 120mins). If your order comes in with a time-stamp after 6pm CST, don’t worry, it will be delivered the very next day.

 
Your delivery address must be within 30mi of our Olive Branch, MS HQ. This will be determined once you have entered your shipping address.
 
If we are unable to deliver your order due to your:
 
  • Inability to receive
  • Declining us to leave the order in a designated area
 
We will return the order to our HQ and process a full refund minus the full Same Day Delivery shipping amount.
 
In the event that you are present at the time of delivery and can review our product quality, but you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process a full refund minus the small $5 delivery attempt fee. 
*$X Luxury Wear: After you order has been signed for and marked delivered, the normal 7 day return policy will go into effect immediately. This will obligate you to return shipping costs. To be fair, we do not mark the order delivered until we are leaving your delivery address.

 

Virgin Extensions:

We offer express shipping via  FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS dependent upon the location of the processing of your order. As always, shipping fees are complementary, but we ask that you please understand our dispatch locations are all over the world and in many cases your package may have to pass through customs. In the rare event that customs fees and/or taxes are incurred on your package, it will be the customer’s and/or recipient’s responsibility to handle the settling of said fees. 

 

$X Luxury Wear:

At low cost to our family, we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail. This method will typically take 2-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep once shipped.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely. Enter your address on the cart or checkout pages to ensure your eligibility for international shipping. Please note that some payment methods are only available to our domestic US customers.

How Do I Place An Order?


On the desired product page you may use the drop-down menus to select the options that are just right for you and then select the “add to cart” button. Once all items are added, go to your cart page to confirm that you have everything you need. You will have the option to enter your shipping method and address, and also any good coupon codes you may have.

After this, hit the Proceed To Checkout button to be directed to the checkout confirmation screen where you will have the chance double check and make sure everything is gravy, and then you may select your method of payment through the checkout prompts.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships out. You may also navigate the menu to our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID/Billing Email to keep yourself updated on your order. Ca$hual | Members may also check the status of their orders from their Account Page.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?


At the moment, cancellations/alterations on completed orders cannot be accommodated.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?


You do not need to be a Ca$hual Member to place an order, though it may make the management of your order a better experience for you. Creating a member account will help you to easily access past order info, including tracking, and store payment methods and shipping addresses.

Not to mention, being a Ca$hual Member will also get you info on the latest product price drops, discount codes, back in stock notifications, and newest inventory.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

  • PayPal To enhance the safety of our customers and their information, we accept payments via debit/credit card and PayPal balances using PayPal and PayPal Credit. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay using your debit/credit card, you will still be protected. We strongly suggest you have a PayPal account for your convenience.
